Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley Has Interest in Cotto Fight, Says Trainer

Former two division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12KOs) is interested in the possibility of facing Puerto Rico superstar Miguel Cotto, according to Bradley's trainer Joel Diaz.

Bradley lost the first pro fight of his career back in April, when he dropped a twelve round unanimous decision in his rematch with Manny Pacquiao at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Cotto beats him plus Bradley won't be able to hurt him

Well cotto isn't exactly a middleweight, and bradley has never fought past 147 in the pro ranks.. so if they could come up with a weight compromise suitable for both fighters i dont see why this fight wouldn't make sense...they are pretty much the same size if you compare their stats.

At that weight bradley would definately have a great shot at beating the middleweight champ!
