Man this is a tough fight for crawford especially his first fight at 140. Peterson is a big dude and his pressure would make for a good tough fight.

IMO Peterson is only staying around 140 to fight Danny. Lamont has been at 140 for 10 years already and a fight with Garcia is really he only fight worth going at 140 for him IMO. But as far as the match up goes it would be a good fight. Crawford is very good but Peterson has proven himself to be competitive with all the world class fighters he's faced with the exception of the Matthysse fight. It's hard to pick Crawford for me, his best win is against a blown up featherweight. Peterson has fought the bigger and better opposition in his career. But it's still a close to even fight IMO.
