130 seria mejor idea. Y para de avanzar como un loco después que te pegan duro. Concentrate.

I doubt he can make 126 comfortably. He's like Broner and Canelo. Big for current weight class but small for the next.

de acuerdo, dudo que pueda llegar a las 126 libras sin tener problemas con su cuerpo. Es mas, estoy seguro que llegara ser campeón en las 130 libras y hasta podra hacerlo por mucho tiempo con sus habilidades y técnica.

Good move Gamboa . Now , start working in your defense and stamina issues your having . You and rigondeaux should start sparring togheter , like you guys did in Cuba . By doing this , you and rigo would keep themselves at a high level and you would improve a lot with the master .
Hey Gamboa , start boxing a little bit more , brawling will get you nowhere as your chin is not that good and you know that the Cuban boxing school is about hiting and not getting hit back .
I also would like to see you with Pedro Diaz , this guy is a master at phisical
Conditioning and will help you a lot .
Back to 126 , spare time with rigondeaux and train back with Pedro .
To all 126 .... Get ready , Gamboa and maybe , maybe rigo too , will terrorize this division ..... Hit and not get hit ; can not hit what you don't see .

It wont be easy, I hate to say this, but if he can make 130, he is a fool for taking that beating at 136. He fought at 136 because he cant make 130 comfortable and 126 is a drain. Water, not food, is the culprit. Water retention means no water and, of course, no beer or coolade. He has to push and pull now, sweat and not replenish, thirst with a dry mouth. At least he isn't dragging that gaudy zero around anymore.

It took a beating at 135 for Gamboa and his team to realize what was evident to me and many fans from the start? I love Yuri, but he's an idiot. Worse, he's surrounded by idiots.

And I agree. Not having that zero to carry around is a blessing in disguise. Gamboa took his first pro loss. Now he can move on without that overrated statistic to protect.

130 is his natural weight imo... he grew out of the fw division and if he tried to make 126 again he is risking his health and he would most likely get knocked out again... 130 is his best weight!

Good move. Gamboa will be fine at 130 and I think he can make weight easily. Moving down as low as 126 would be a huge mistake though, he would be a zombie at that weight today.

No te desespere.
