He didnt try to outbox Pacman. Pacman moved very well and Rios cant handle movement. Im surprised that with ur knowledge u didnt realized that... Did he tried to outbox Richard Abril too? Get ur facts right. Did u ever saw Pacman in a inside fighters punching each other in the face like mad mans? Anybody who will bring movement to Rios will beat him easy.

rios tried to knock pacquaio out

watch the later rounds

rios is sitting down on the punches

but pacquaio was too elusive

just because he didnt get close to landing doesnt mean brandon didnt try

he did try to land big punches
