Phil Jackson : "Wladimir Klitschko hits harder than Lennow Lewis"

Maybe people who think Foreman hit harder than Wladimir are talking about accumulated damage or including rate of activity. I don't see how anyone could think Foreman was remotely close to Wlad in one-punch power.
Lennox also had more one-punch power than Foreman.
Lennox vs Wladimir had it happened would probably have been won by Lennox. At that stage in his career Wladimir really didn't handle it well when guy's his own size found their range and started swinging.
Our older "boring" Wladimir who has mastered distance control on the other hand would probably reverse that result.Last edited by Toe Injury; 07-06-2014, 10:27 AM.Comment

When has Wlad ever pushed ANYONE back? The guy literally has no inside game. Doesn't throw uppercuts, hooks or body shots.
Just jab right hand.
He'd need more than that to beat Lennox.Comment

- Implying someone is on roids because his body looks better than Foreman
- Ignoring the fact Wladimir has a lot of straight one punch KOs
- Ignoring the fact Wlad has stopped people who have previously never been stopped before
Check, check and check...

Dude, whyyyy
Calling for s..t to happen. lol
Realting to topic. Yes wlad probably hits harder, Steward said the same. I fully agree if Wlad managed to land what Vitali landed he would have put him down, no doubt in my mind.
but... would he be able to.. still 50:50 fight for me (prime for prime).Last edited by Simurgh; 07-06-2014, 10:45 AM.Comment

Steward says Lewis would win.
http://www.e a s tsideboxing.com/weblog/news.php?p=32961&more=1Lennox didn’t really pick up anything too much on Wladimir, but Wladimir picked up on that about Lennox. If they had ever fought, and Wladimir had never lost, and Lennox had fought him—it would have been a very, very intriguing fight I would say, because the best talent between the two, all the way around skill and coordination now that he’s learned got his footwork down, is still Wladimir. But still the best of the two, I would have to say was still at this stage unless Wladimir gets a chance to prove it, would have to have been Lennox here because Lennox did what he had to do. When he had to make adjustments he did them right there.Comment

Common sense says.......
Common sense tells me that you are a WK fan. It doesn't matter what logic is said, you are a WK fan and that's that. WK is no all-time great and is a product of good match making and his era. This era has no one like Ali, Foreman, Holyfield, Lewis, Mercer, even Tommy Morrison. So, who cares who he Ko'ed. Had he fought any of these guys, he would've been Ko'ed himself. FACT. He fights to survive inside the ring. A lot distance jabbing and holding. He doesn't get away with that in another era.Comment
