    The World Boxing Organization headed by its president Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel is launching a commendable program in the Philippines and Mexico to provide financial assistance for scholarships, clothes and boxing equipment to five young promising fighters chosen by a panel of journalists in each of the two countries.

    An announcement in San Juan, Puerto Rico said as was done in early 2014 in Puerto Rico the WBO “will stimulate several prospects of professional boxing from Mexico and the Philippines as part of the successful program Kids Drug Free.”
