More like it's Mayweather v. Carlos Molina @ 147 for the 147 and 154 pound titles.

Nice try though...does it make you feel better to dream your hero isn't a coward who ducks challenges and wants every advantage going into a fight?
I've never even been a Mayweather supporter, you look into things too much

Floyd now down playing GBP event by announcing this. That's a cheap trick. Floyd not fighting in NY but doing a trial run for possible Cotto rematch cause if he wants Canelo his gotta but his ego aside. Shows how jealous his of Oscar. He even hired GBP's former marketing rep. Guess he can't build a company without hiring others rejects but his going to have a snake burrow.

            NY?

Probably vs Cotto for the 160 pound lineal title in May.

Oh and lol@ the dumb asses who were saying mayweather didnt have a promoters license. Its a matter of paper work. IDK If he did or not but if he didnt it was because he didnt need one previously. Its easy as hell to get. Just regurgitating ****** **** 50 cent was talking about. Its paperwork.

Also maybe this is hinting at him working less with GBP, if he is applying for licenses when previously he was using theirs.

Those guys dont understand anything about business. Duh of course he used GBP to promote his fights before so what. Why make a big deal about mayweather promotions, anyone who is pulling in a multimillion dollar earnings is going to setup a LLC. So what if he didnt really promote anyone else and so what if he didnt have a promoters license. Those idiots dont understand that its super easy to get and so then he just didnt need one because he was going through GBP, which was no secret by the way. That he is applying for one now, to me, shows he is trying to fight someone with no long term contract, like maybe cotto AND that he isnt going through GBP anymore. He will use showtime and their people to help promote his fight, setup ads and all of that ****. It shows the GBP fallout is pretty big.

Honestly, i doubt mayweather fights in NYC because of the taxes, plus he has a great deal at MGM and he gets a cut of the rooms on fight weekends...

I could see this just being mayweather promotions putting on some ShoBox caliber events in NY and not floyd himself fighting..

Or it could be for may when floyd-cotto 2 will happen at 147 for the 147, 154, 160 lineal championships in one fight.....
