He does have tons of power but Vazquez is a runner(and boring as hell). If Roman gets close then we will see a bunch of hugs, separation, pot shot from the outside, hug.. rinse and repeat over 12. Long, dragged out hug fest

Vazquez is no runner, he's a plodder. What he does is wrestle, he's strong on the inside and can disable a guy with arm locks, head locks, and secret holds. He throws guys out of position while holding his own, and it's not pretty. Martinez isn't strong enough on the inside, maybe not strong enough to keep Vasquez off, but Martinez deserves a shot if he wants it. He is a somebody, Angel.
