I dont know Nebraska commission rules but the WBO sanctioned the fight and as per contract must test both fighters, regardless of the commission. We saw this in Chavez-Rubio

And they didnt just "forget", this was clearly set up to cover up someone being dirty

heard the radio show..........crawford was waiting for his test. this was totally a commission **** up as opposed to ether of the fighters. crawford is letting the world know that he's willing to take any test & will make sure this doesn't happen in any of his future fights (this was a fault of the commission not the fighters) people don't understand that boxing has some of the most underpaid hardest working people in business..........& thats a deadly mix for *sometimes* **** ups.

Cuba is part of North America.. lol. but I get what you mean with American fighters dominating the sport. As much as I suffered last saturday seeing Gamboa getting dismantled, i'm looking forward to Terrance's career. This whole post fight drug testing scenario is confusing though.

dude..........chavez jr. has been caught left and right. do you understand that nether man was tested.........(i think rubio said that he was tested but chavez skipped his test) do you understand that thats a totally different situation. 2 men weren't tested. which means someone just plain ol ****ed up..........doesn't necessarily have any reflection on the fighters "hiring commissions to hide their test" someone just ****ed up...........god i swear this generation is built on aliens & conspiracy's. everything has a conspiracy to it.

Chavez didnt skip the just, nobody showed up to test him and they fcuked up testing Rubio cuz now they were forced to make him mando and are paying him good money to keep stepping aside

You dont just forget to give a drug test, its funny that people are that naive to believe someone just "fcuked up", and thats what they want you to believe. There's no conspiracy theory, these belt organizations are corrupt out in the open, i guess its so hard to believe they wouldnt be corrupt behind closed doors

Apparently, neither guy was tested and both guys found it odd because BOTH guys waited around for the post-fight drug testing and no one showed up. Neither guy is at fault for this BUT, Gamboa is trying to insinuate something by the protest. He thinks no one showed up because they were covering up something on Crawford's end but Crawford could have the same argument because Gamboa wasn't tested either.
