No seriously, Kovalev and Stevenson would both KO this guy in 1-2 rounds.

Hey Adonis Stevenson got knocked out in two rounds by Darnell Boone, and look where he is now. As I said before I don't think he beats them, but Kovalev has fought Agnew in his last fight and Caparello is next. Savigne may be even better than these guys. His chin is suspect though.

Of course Tyson is saying that because he promotes the guy. If this guy was matched into either of the champs Tyson would not bet a dime on him. He has only had 13 fights and he has already lost one of them. He is fighting Lacy who was finished as a good fighter when Calzaghe ruined him so many years ago He certainly does not yet deserve a title shot. The WBC often gives a high ranking to fighters who haven't done ****.

              Yes Mike ...

Savigne is impetuous, his defense is impregnable, and he's just ferocious.

At least he's trying to promote his fighter, unlike GBP and TR with Lara and Rigo respectively.

And hell, I miss Mike's trash talk. Good luck to him as a promoter.

I think you may see some "*****s" in Kovalev armor when he finally steps up to someone who will fight back. I watched him in his last two bouts and saw a hesitation in him when his opponents stepped to him. I also saw him struggle on his own to gain a second wind without much pressure applied to him.
I like the guy because he comes to fight but he's not without flaws just like everyone else.
Savigne is a comer and its his time to show what he has. He is a mature amateur who id trying to be a pro and after over 400 bouts that is NOT easy!
No comment on him because I've never watched him but if he was a Cuban Team Member he has something going for him. Both Stevenson and Kova could be out boxed by someone with ability but you need some pop too!

An early KO means nothing in a career plenty of guys have KO losses when they start, now if he's getting rattled in every bout than that's something to consider.
If Lacy is in shape this is a good test for him, despite Lacy's appearance with Joe Lacy was a respected fighter. Lets see it should be a test for both boys.

Then maybe Lacy will stop him. It depends on how much Lacy has left.

Wait a minute... Savigne's amateur career was as dominant as Loma, Rigo, Lara...? Gee, you think maybe Iron Mike has hit the promoter stride? HA!
