George Foreman fought 9 TIMES in 1988.

One of those fights being against Qawi. Furthermore, this fighting twice a year **** is unacceptable!

FYI, George Foreman is pushing 65 and walks, talks and thinks just fine.

Well he wanted to work his way up to a title shot again.
Now, can we imagine Haye doing this after his comeback....?

IMO not every fighter is the same. Look at Meldrick Taylor, has half the fights that Foreman has and doesn't talk right.

Even George Chuvalo, had a style of take three punches to give one and talks right, than there's James Toney who has a great defensive but still talks a bit slurry.

I think Haye will fight a few fighters with less experience and call it a day, don't talk he will ever win a world title again. Could be that I am mistaken.

Hughie Fury fought 12 times in 2013.

          Fury > Foreman

And Gamboa has fought three times in three years. SMH

But not being punch drunk I think is more about genetics than anything else. Some guys can take truckloads of punishment in their career and remain clear as a bell, while others take relatively little punishment and slur badly.

So? DO you know how many times a year old time fighters used to fight? Lets just say well enough 100+ fights by retirement wasn't all that uncommon. Old school bastards where tough.Matter fact not even that long ago this guy retired with 91 fights under his sexy belt.

Well. In that case the TS should look at Harry Greb and SRR and see some of their years. Insane.

I agree two fights a year sucks but Foreman did face a host of bums getting back in title contention.
