Molina and Kamegai have a good KO%, and Molina isn't exactly unknown. I didn't think he would give Matts such a hard time, but I knew there was a possibility that he would hurt him. As for Kamegai, all I needed to see was his fight against Silva to realize that Ghost wasn't going to have an easy night. That, plus the fact that Ghost returning from a year of inactivity.
I agree that Salka does have the element of surprise, but from the fight footage that's available, the only thing that could be a little troubling for Garcia is his movement. However, his footwork is pretty sloppy and he's occasionally off-balanced. Essentially, Garcia has fought too many respectable opponents to have much of a problem with Salka.
