I would love to see Hopkins win this and it's not beyond belief that he might expose Kovalev as being not quite the monster most people think he is, but Bernard IS an old man and my feeling is that even if he starts okay and effectively th***** the Russian's power early on via a mix of all the stuff he's learned and mastered over the years - as you might expect to be the case - it's still going to turn out bad for B-Hop in the end. Could be early, could be late, but I just don't see a man of 50 being able to recover once he's been nailed and hurt by someone with Kovalev's killer instinct and finishing ability.

This one is real tough to pick. Can't pick against Hopkins, though. He could have Kovalev all figured out. There's a huge difference between knocking out guys like the guys Kovalev has been knocking out and doing that to a guy at the level and with the experience of Hopkins.

That said, really like both fighters. This one is real interesting.
