What has Kovalev ever done to make this a win that puts him over top someone else? It's no different then someone having Hopkins ranked higher and then saying would u rank Floyd higher if he beats Thurman. Keith is even more accomplished at this point.

The bottom line is that if u wouldn't put Floyd over someone based off a win like that then don't try to do it in reverse?

B-Hop is an expert at making fighters look bad, and in order for him to win this fight, he'll have to do just that. Power hasn't been enough to beat him before, will Kovalev prove to be an exception?

At this point right now, I'm picking Hopkins. I need to go back and watch the tape on Kovalev.

Do you guys think Krusher should look to pressure hard/fast in the early rounds? Or do you guys think Hopkins will surprise us and pressure early? I feel whoever wins the first 3-4 rounds gives themselves a much easier night.

kovalev is a two handed fighter

he has a good job and is very accurate and very busy

he his not one dimensional like pavlik and only has to prove his stamina tbh against hopkins

i can see him potentially hurting hopkins - this is very unlike hopkins because i don't see why he truely holds all the advantages
