Tonight is a historic night for real. All fanaticism and BS aside, this might be the last time during our lifetime (considering how cowardly and business oriented the new generation of athletes are becoming, plus the fact that not everyone can fight till this age) that we see a 49 year old man still making noise in boxing and doing everything in his power to face the biggest threat in his division.

Again, a 49 year old legend facing the hardest puncher of the division who is in his prime.

If we get another scenario like this before we are long gone from this planet, I'd consider it a miracle.

This is a fight for the history books and one that we will be proud of being a part of.

With that said... **** Hopkins, WAAAAR KOVALEV!!!!!!

I respect Hopkins and what he is doing, so it makes it tougher to go into this fight with bad intentions as a fan (I love going into a fight hating the opponent)... but after round 1, I will remembered of why I don't like that mawfoka. Headbutting, excessive clinching, leading in with his head, acting... etc. Then it will be real easy turning psychotic.

Yah I get you bro. When thinking about this fight you realize how big it is and sort of think this deserves way much more hype and media attention.

I have that feeling that what I'm about to watch is something big *sort of like what I expect when I take my clothes off*
