We all know Cotto has bowling balls for a sack, but he would be insane to take that fight. He would get beat down just as badly as Rosado did, he is simply too small for that monster.

I rather Cotto get beat down by a legit fighter who's in-line to be the rightful heir to the 160 crown then being forced into some terrible mandatory like Rubio - hardly get up for it, then possibly lose like the Trout fight.

And I think Cotto is more than capable of making it interesting at least for 8 rounds before reality sets in.

And this by no means indicates that I think Cotto could win, but if Rosado can hang w/ GGG and Ouma can hang w/ him for a bit, then I think surely a superior boxer could at least make it fun and competitive.

Then Cotto can take his happy ass back to 154 where he belongs after passing the 160 torch to it's rightful heir.

And either way, why is it that we're all Cotto fans? Because he fights the fights that everyone's favorite fighters won't fight.

Doesn't matter where you're from, punchers sell. The better you are, the more you sell. It helps that Golovkin seems like the coolest SOB in the world to hang out with.

Is this fight almost sold out. I just went to ticketmaster main website regarding this fight and it said no tix available. Someone other than Cotto sold out the Garden. GGG Vs Cotto is happening.
