Is blood testing really superior to urine and saliva analysis?

I hear people say ''Manny neva took da tess'' but ignore that Manny agreed to random urine and saliva testing at any period, it was just the blood testing he had an issue with, he would do it the right after the fight and before the press conference etc and wanted some cut off dates... maybe he truly was superstitious like that? He is highly religious after all (no offence)...

The urine and saliva analysis would implement the carbon isotope ratio which basically detects any form of synthetic present...

Now what I want to know is if there is any solid proof that blood analysis is substantially superior to urine analysis? Because from what I've read substances are present in your urine a lot longer than they are in your blood..
