Regardless of those who point blame at Mayweather for the fight not being made, Paulie is right. Pacquiao was the P4P king, and should have been the first fighter to step up and take the test, and he provided the FIRST roadblock to the fight happening with excuses that didnt add up(the needle and being weak thing) Manny fanatics forget the joke at that time was "LOL WHY DOES FLOYD WANT DRUG TESTING? LOLZ" until the first round of fighters got busted for PEDS, then the sport took it serious. By the time Pacquiao agreed to testing the speculation already died out because he never looked the same after he was first accused. People also forget Arums "He cant spar, his cut wont heal properly" and "We need time for an outdoor stadium" fans never bring this up, and forget Pacquiao was the first roadblock, if he would have agreed to testing THEN he could have called Floyds bluff but saying "Mayweather would have came up with more excuses" is just assumption because thats what happens when you dont call someones bluff, you dont recieve the benefit of the doubt. Forever Pacquiao will be questioned (I dont think he took anything BTW)

Can you imagine the reaction of Manny fans, if Floyd fans suggested that Floyd doesn't knock people out because he doesn't want to? That's the lamest excuse of them all.

We can all see Manny was juicing and thats why he was destroying people without the juice hes still good but no where near what he was. People act like they cant see it. Manny will never knock anyone out again unless he fights khan.

Or maybe he's just getting older. Or maybe he just isn't as dedicated as he once was? There are so many reasons why fighters decline, not just because they stopped juicing.

For the record, I do think it's suspect, but only because of his reasoning for not testing at the time, not because he wasn't as good as he once was. No one ever stays that good for long periods of time and the only way is down when you're at the top knocking everybody out.

Some people including Paulie sound ****** sometimes. They make it seem like Pacquiao was NOT taking ANY drug tests at all. He was taking drug tests provided by the commission.
I don't think he is that type of person. He just seemed like a person who didn't want to give blood more than he needed to. ALOT OF PEOPLE believe that giving blood makes you weak. It's nothing new.

Once Pacquiao and the majority of people started seeing that people were indeed failing drug tests more often now. Of course Pacquiao and any normal person would just give in to random drug testing also.

LETS NOT FORGET PACQUIAO AGREED TO GIVE A BLOOD TEST RIGHT AFTER THE MAYWEATHER FIGHT IN THE CONTRACT, IF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. HE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE BLOOD 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIGHT!!!


Also if Paulie was working for HBO and not being a Mayweather kiss ass. He would definitely not be talking bad about Pacquiao.


I always find myself watch Pacquiao fights over and over again because they were exciting... I never find myself watching Mayweather fights because they are boring. He is a defensive genious. But still just can't find myself watching mayweather fights.. I think the only fight I've watch a couple of times was the Gatti fight, but that was because of Gatti. In that fight he sucker punched gatti like he did to Ortiz and that's another thing about Floyd. People forget, 80% of his fights he was a dirty fighter in. WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE.... First of all, I doubt Paulie is envious or salty about anything concerning Pac...Paulie has always been one of the sport's most outspoken players....over the years he's become one of the sport's most likeable dudes because he's not afraid to tell it like it is

He told us who Broner was before Chino checked him and unmasked him....Paulie has said plenty of thoughtful ish over the years and he's rarely been wrong....just saying

I keep seeing dudes boast about Pac doing tests for Rios and Bradley....AFTER he was iced by someone with an admitted PED expert as the S & C coach...c'mon man, what happened when Mosley and Marquez offered to do testing with Pac and his team denied?!?...I don't think Pac was dirty, I just don't think Paulie should be public enemy #1 atm....he did mention some things that was completely accurate....maybe he's just throwing his infamous jab at a group of fans who's known for antagonizing and sending death threats to fighters...who knows

I agree with you, I dont think he juiced but he made himself look suspect with his reasons for refusing the test, and the boxing world joked at the idea of drug testing until fighters started getting caught.

You put a pretty spin on it but the testing from the commision wasnt working. Whyis it you bring up Paulie is a Mayweather kiss ass? when it was fans on social media that provoked Paulie to vent the way he did and also the fact Paulie has fought fighters that he felt were on something. This isnt about Mayweather whatsoever... Its about Paulie and Pacquiao. I know its hard as Pacquiao fanatics to know Pacquiao will FOREVER be questioned for not initially agreeing to take the test that went on to be responsible for cleaning up the sport while he was P4P king.
