That round was difficult to score again. I think Oquendo landed a bit more and he was the one controlling the pace there. I have to give it to him.

Ruslan won the first 5 out of 6 rounds and then just gassed and Oquendo picked up the pace and controlled most of the rest of the fight with his jab while Chagaev was just mindlessly following him. really tough to score tho

The scorecards weren't bad. It was very close and I can see a round or 2 I gave to Oquendo that could go to Chagaev. But I think a draw would of been the right call, IMO

I feel bad for Oquendo - guy always comes so close to being able to say he had a stake in one of the titles at some point. I remember when he beat Chris Byrd and they robbed him.
