Mayweather/Maidana II will be promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and Mayweather Promotions. Just because Floyd made some statements to get under Oscar's skin doesn't mean the working relationship has stopped.

I read somewhere on Twitter earlier that Broner was going to be on the undercard, possibly against Josesito Lopez (though I think he's Golden Boy). Either way, I'm pretty sure some of Haymon's fighters will be on the undercard as well.
