I love Pac, but you don't move up in that much weight, muscles bulging out your shorts even like that, able to train about 5 times harder and longer without fatigue, sickness or injury than anybody of the pre-PED era and still retain all that speed and power.

If this is the case, why is every pro sports league and almost every major corporation using blood and hair analysis instead of urine? Coke, weed, x,party drugs are easily detected in urine. EPO, HGH, etc-not so much.

Why would the commissions need to use VADA and USADA if the urine they do already is sufficient?

If blood testing is not as good as urine, why does Manny never balk at urine testing but always at blood testing?

If were looking at it like a lawyer maybe no evidence but were not. There is a reason almost everyone in boxing who is being honest thought pac was on **** when he was coming up through the classes. I mean if your not being blind to everything its pretty obvious he was doing something shady there is absolutely no doubt about that. But i have come to the conclusion that pac means so much to his fans that even if ariza came out and said he gave pac ped i still think people would just say hes just trying make pac look bad. In my honest of honest thoughts i think without a shadow of a doubt pac used ped. Theres a strong chance he didnt know it but that honestly means nothing. Even if there were some concrete evidence, they would absolutely refuse to believe it. We would hear the same things we hear with the IRS, when his extended family were getting arrested for a crime ring, etc...political rivals are trying to make him look bad, they're jealous because of all his success, so on and so forth.
