I agree, this is probably the safe fight, and would do well in NY. However, I think Cotto will seek a rematch with Floyd before seeking a bout with Canelo. He makes more money fighting Floyd, and Floyd is not as big and strong as Canelo. I'm not sure if Canelo is going to fight again @ 154.

Bradley Would Go Up For The Right Money

If Pacquiao would go up to fight Margarito, and Cotto now has done the same thing, no reason Bradley can't/won't. I'm not saying he wins, he wouldn't, but that would be an entertaining fight to see those two hook in the middle of the ring.

Cotto-Canelo at 159 or whichever weight Miguel chooses. It would be the next mega fight and would raise both guys' profiles with a competitive 12 round war.

Why would Cotto waste his time with Canelo right now??? Nonsensical? Really what has Canelo done to earn a fight with Cotto??Cotto is Middleweight Champ. Therefore, his nex MEGA fight should be Triple G period!

Besides Lara is going to have his say in anything pertaining to Canelo next week then at that point the pieces that matter will all fall into place.

Weight shouldn't be an issue, Cotto only weighed in at 154 lbs against Sergio and Bradley probably walks around at 160 lb in between fights. A win over Bradley would do very little for Cotto's career, I'd rather see him try to become the Undisputed Champion at middlweight, such an accomplishment would be the stuff of legends.
