This would look exactly like Tor Hamer vs Andy Ruiz or Tor Hamer vs Chris Arreola.

Not a chance on PPV but I would like to see it. Before the Lopez fight Ortiz was running his mouth saying Rios could be a sparring partner for him and that was it.
Rios ain't **** but right now Ortiz would fold the second he ate one of Bam Bam's uppercuts.

Put Khan vs Bradley and Rios vs Ortiz on the same card and I would pay for it in a heartbeat.

At one point I could of seen Victor stopping Rios but at this point he's caught up in trying to become a celebrity with dancing with the stars and the expendables 3. His heart isn't there and that was his weak spot to begin with. Rios stops him.

I wouldn't pay with someone else's money to watch Ortiz box. Id watch it on espn tho. I wouldn't even support hbo/showtime wasting a boxing date on a circus like this.

I'd buy it. It'd be sweet for Rios to beat down Ortiz,

I'm biased I'm a Rios fan and I hate Ortiz but at least you know the emotion would be real and hopefully Ortiz would actually show some balls, it'd make the victory even better.

Neither fellow can carry a ppv event as the main interest. Both need opponents that have high work rate and charisma.
I think it could be a good fight but I also think both are in the "opponent"
stage of their career's. Neither are highly skilled and without great conditioning
and the real will to win their back to being C+ to B- minus level competitors.
That doesn't mean they can't be entertaining but to carry numbers on a ppv is not in their futures.
