Being fast doesn't mean you have skills.

There are such things as footwork, balance, intelligent combination punching (Berto was actually decent at that), ring generalship and instincts
Khan easily the best boxer out of those three. He can box very nicely when hes focused, beautiful movement.

Haye is talented but does sweet fck all in the ring. His workrate is so low, hes an example of a guy with talent and okay skills but it seems like hes more interested in posing than fighting.

Berto is talented too but isnt the best boxer. Very average for a guy who made it to his level.

      Khan, Broner, Berto..

All the above could easily meet the criteria.

As for Haye - it's a bit harder to say he is overrated within such a weak division.

I actually think that Haye would prove a lot of people wrong if he was fighting higher quality and more frequently.

That said, when he had his shot at Klitschko he was hugely disappointing.

I I had to hang my hat on one single fighter I'd go for 'King Khan'.

LOL rrrright! So Khan is more over rated than Broner and Berto? Whom did those two even ever beat? Khan has come back from KO losses and proven he belongs. Has wins over Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Maidana, Judah and Collazo. Again whom did the other two beat?

Over rated fighters after they lose are never the same (Berto) or go back to fighting bums (Broner).

            Canelo

At least they have actually won big fights, may have come up short in some, but no one can deny that they are true world championship level boxers..

Broner and Berto are clearly not that

Canelo has definitely redeemed himself in the last 2 years. I can't stress enough how much respect I've gained for Canelo for taking on Lara despite his team's hesitance.

Canelo has certainly improved and become a respectable fighter despite the claims that he was the end all of end alls for Floyd just to take an indisputable decision loss.
