Lol at least that's what I think. I feel you man. I used to be a Canelo fan till he just kept fighting ****ty opposition. So if he wins he'll finally get my respect.

So let's say Lara beats him, then is he not the best light middleweight in the world?
Exactly. That dude just wants to whine about stuff.

beating a guy coming off a loss doesnt make you the best, thats undecided at this point, but you know what lara means, he could say im the best at 154, but he wont say that... again is not only this time, he has said this before... and i was clear canelo or lara will crack my top 10 pfp but far from being the best...
either guy could be considered the best at 154 after the fight if you dont consider floyd... but thats only after the fight, at this point even molina can be considered there..

but i agree with lara. angulo looked shot in there with canelo plus the ring look huge compared to when lara fought angulo.
canelo doesnt need a huge ring like lara, he wasnt running from angulo...

No I don't consider Floyd the best at 154. He's only holding that belt hostage. If he doesn't defend it this year then he should be stripped. Which he won't be. Right now Lara IS the #1 guy at 154.

No, technically canelo is #1. He fought the champ and main guy at 154. Who has Lara beaten to become #1? Lost to Molina, Drew with Vanes. Life and death with Angulo. A trout coming off his first pro defeat and canelo beat him first. Technically canelo is #1 and lara is #2 and the winner will be #1

He was beaten by Molina? Did you watch the fight? If Lara lost to Molina, then Canelo lost to Trout.

So the Angulo and Trout fights cancel each other out. Now lets look at the rest of the resume and who has beaten the actual 154lbers and who has the belt.

                Lara IS the #1 guy.

So if Lara lost to Molina then Canelo lost to Trout. Therefore Lara beat a guy coming off a win where Canelo beat a guy coming off a loss (Angulo).

We can rewrite history all you want.

I find those discussions silly at this point. We should wait and see. By fortune we only have to wait a couple of weeks. I feel confident that lara can win a hyped Canelo. My only concern is a bout judges and ring size, but for now we can't raise a complain so far.

if any molina deserves it more than lara now, but again the winner of lara-canelo will be clearly #1, but you know lara wasnt just talking about 154 lbs...
he is on record bragging about him self before, he said other things like being PFP, beating floyd and shiet... you know exactly what i mean...

Since when does fighting the champ and main guy in a weight division and losing to him make you the number one guy? Let me guess you also think Lara lost to Paul Williams along with the other judges who got suspended after the fight?
