    Yep, some honesty from Crawford.

Gamboa was tiny in comparison, but he put forward a hell of an effort. He was Winning the boxing match, showing his speed and class but got too wild and the bigger man took advantage. Then we got to see the dog in Yuri, he stood in there and gave everything he had, to a fault.

Until Crawford switches lefty and clips him with a check hook while Gamboa is overextending and pulling straight back with his hands down like he always does.

I like crawfords honesty. Definitely a fan of him. Goes to England to take burns title then defends it against a guy like gamboa for his 1st defense.

It might be a good career move for Gamboa to drop 5 lbs, take one tune-up fight, and then challenge one of these guys for a jr. lightweight belt. If boxing politics and his personal pride will allow it...

    1. Takashi Uchiyama (21-0-1, 17 KO, WBA, 8 Defenses)
    2. Mikey Garcia (34-0, 28 KO, WBO, 1 Defense)
    3. Takashi Miura (27-2-2, 20 KO, WBC, 2 Defenses)
    4. Argenis Mendez (21-2-1, 11 KO, IBF, 2 Defenses)

Except for maybe Garcia (who's probably moving up anyway) he should be able to rattle any of their cages. Gamboa is too good a fighter to not at least hold one of these alphabet belts.

Yup because he just validated everything I said last night Gamboa is a 130 pounder at best!

And how many times did Terence put Gamboa on ***** street? Damn, those couple of steps must be hard to get back to his corner after almost got knock down again. ( the round he dropped Gamboa first). Hats off to Gamboa, he really have a heart of a champion. He could have just lay there and wait til the ref count him out, but he didn't.

It was not the "attitude" that got him stopped, it was the fact that he didn't move his head.
