Gatti should definitely hang up the gloves if he beats Baldomir. I think he will win the fight, and he, of all people, should definitely try to go out on top. He will never beat a world class fighter, so there's no point in stepping to another big name just to be dominated. I'm a huge fan of Arturo, but he's been hit way too many times in his career to keep going to war like he does. I would love to see him get a win over Baldomir, and then ride off into the sunset. He couldn't beat the best guys in his prime, so there's no point in trying to do it at the end of his career. Fighting Mosley or Mayweather again would lead to another humiliating loss, and fighting someone like Mayorga would lead to permanent damage, even though that would be interesting.

Good idea... Cotto would be a nice matchup.. Only one person has mentioned Hatton, and to me, that seems to be a nice fight, especially given Hatton's situation and the fact he wants fights before Mayweather.

I say Cotto or Hatton... I dont really want to watch Gatti-Mayorga as much as Gatti-Cotto/Hatton.

You are on here suggesting that Gatti fight Mayweather, Mosley, Mayorga and Margarito . Mayweather has ALREADY crushed Gatti and would do it WORSE next time. The other guys have proven their worth as among the best at the welterweight to middleweight divisions.

Every time Gatti has tried to step up in class, he has been badly beaten.

Mayorga hits like a truck and has a chin to match.

Mosley has a world-class chin and is a sharp, fast puncher who can move.
