What can Barrera do differently this time vs Pac?

Trying not to get just dumb posts saying, nothing, or not show up. I wanna hear real stuff. What you think he can do to adjust to Manny this time? He's now had plenty of fights he could view and watch over to see Manny's weaknesses that he could capitalize on. He didn't prepare properly the first time around, nor did he hardly know much about Manny. He was completely caught off guard and got owned. Now with the years that have gone by, what can he do? Very interesting fight. The match 3 years ago sent Manny into superstardom, and now the rematch may surface 3 years later that could be explosive.

he just needs to box manny. use a lot of side to side movement (as manny's power is straight foward) and watch out for the right hook (esp. to the body) and his left straight (and uppercut). marco needs to tie up when he's close as he doesn't want to fight it out in a clinch with manny's power and hand speed..let the ref break it up and let manny work to get back into the right distance again. i think barrera's short punches are still more crisp and technically thrown than manny's (manny tends to wing his punches a little wider) and if he can get manny off balance (which he usually is backing up)he'll rack up ponts backing him up (marco had just becareful not to just stand there after his barrage as pac is going to come at him full force)

There's on denying the skills of MAB, outboxing Pac is always a possibility and I would never count him out no matter who he fights. MAB can always expose Pac's weak defense.

But the biggest question in this fight is not so much the physical part but the mental aspect. How can MAB prepare himself mentally against Pacquiao? After getting beaten badly the first time and seeing Erik Morales get knocked out by Pac, it'll be daunting task. But I think MAB can pull it off, he just needs proper concentration, belief in himself and most importantly, convince himself that he lost the first fight because he was distracted. Confidence, confidence and confidence is what MAB should be working on before he fights Pac.

This fight is 50/50 to me no matter what the nuthuggers say.

duck his head LOT of times. Manny's main weapon is his straight left. Duck yo head and Barrera might have a chance. Morales stood straight up gainst Manny and he got hit alot of times.

Barrera needs to not have family kidnapped and not have his training camp burn down for one,then........... He will be more prepared this time,no1 knew Pac was that good when they fought the first time. Pac prolly wont be as strong at 130 as he was 126, and im sure Barrera has been studying Pac a lot in recent fights and he'll be very prepared if they fight again. Barrera will also work on avoiding straight left shots that he got hit w/ in the 1st fight, like in the second Jones fight when he barely got hit by any straights while in the first fight Jones couldnt miss a straight. Barrera will have to work very hard and correct a lot of mistakes. I think Barrera is very capible of beating Pac, and thats who i pick to win. Barrera will beat pac in a rematch.

barrera can focus on pac and come well prepared and give pac a hell of a fight. barreras combinations are what would save him his footwork also he is very good of pacing himself too.

uhh no you dont. you have to find your OWN flow in order to throw your punches your apponent will find his. jmm always finds his pace then out boxes his opponents. that what barrera forgot to do in the pac fight. if you see it closely you can see he was just throwing shots blindly.
