The length of collective memory around NSB is appalling. Go back and read the threads building up to each of mayweather's last several fights. Posters keep asking time and again about whether he'll have enough time to promote and "omg I hope he announces soon otherwise it won't happen", blah blah. C'mon you guys. This isn't rocket science:
1) Floyd stays in shape year-round
2) he can pick and choose his next opponent
3) why give an opponent extra time to prepare for him?

Neither fighter hinting at who could be next. What is brewing? When will we hear something, and will will Floyd even fight in September? It seems to me there is an awkward silence going on given that these two are the biggest generators of revenue in boxing.

Im sure Mayweather camp is trying to justify why they are not fighting Maidana again and thinking of how to sell a fight with an opponent no one wants to see.
