There are a few - Frampton, Martinez, Santa Cruz. In two cases, he can collect a belt and in one he can collect his biggest payday. There is no mandate for him to fight Rigondeaux yet especially when the money in the fight is not substantial.

I'm willing to bet none of those fights will happen next, but he fights those three, fine.

Yep. Haha. Brook is scared of everybody. He just wants a big payday vs khan, Pacquiao, or Mayweather. And he would be scared of Mayweather and Pacquiao in the process. He has nothing to be afraid of when it comes to Amir Khan.
