    Matt Korobov vs. Jose Uzcategui

Matt Korobov 23-0, 14 KO, age 31 vs. Jose Uzcategui 22-0, 18 KO, age 23

This will be televised by HBO before Crawford-Gamboa.

Interesting matchup, who do you think will win?

I like this fight. Uzcategui kind of an unknown fighter with his biggest win against David Lopez, but he's big for the weight class.

Looks like his plan is to keep distance.... Korobov more skilled though.... Interesting

Matt Korobov lost to @gggboxing as an amateur and his team indicates that if they win Sat, they will seek a fight against GGG in the future

          Watching Korobov's fight vs Edwards.

          1. Korobov almost got stopped in the first round.

          2. Korobov gets sloppy when he throws in combo.

I don't think he beats any of the top 5 at MW.

Damn Korobov has 23 fights? Shit I remembered he was one of my favorite prospects when he was like 4-0.

I don't think he beats by any top 5 MW.

Despite having never heard of Uzcategui prior to this match being made there's a few of his fights online and he's actually not to bad if I had to give a sort of comparison maybe a Periban type with lesser volume punching.

This could end up being a really good fight Korobov should be able to land enough clean shots to score a dec.

he reminds me a little of jacobs same dimensions but not as much speed. on the upside jose has better combinations is better at close distances and looks much more durable.
