Floyd did offer Manny the fight twice. Doesn't that count for something? I will never understand NSB logic. Stevenson turns down a low ball offer to fight Kovalev and he's a duck. Same goes for Guerrero with Thurman. Quillin and GGG a few years back. Mikey Garcia as well.

All these fighters get labeled as duckers. Yet Manny turns down his biggest payday, not once but twice, and somehow Floyd is the one that doesn't want the fight?
