Main Event: Cotto vs Pacquiao Rematch. a 155 catchweight is not out of the question if cotto wants to sweeten the deal for Pacquiao with a 9th belt. Pacquiao can barely make 147. If Pacquiao wins, nobody in History will ever beat his record of 9 titles in 9 divisions.
