    BoxingScene.com asked WBA 'regular junior middleweight champion Erislandy Lara (19-1-2, 12KOs) for his reaction to a recent video interview, where Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (43-1-1, 31KOs) claimed the Cuban boxer was "scared" and "trembling" during their press conference confrontation in March.

    Following Canelo's TKO victory over Alfredo Angulo, Lara approached the Mexican star while he was speaking at the dais and publicly challenged him to a match.

      I really want to see how they both take each others punches. Canelo hasnt been hit by a real 154 lbs fight. Angulo didnt throw enough to really test him. And Lara was dropped by Angulo so I want to see how he takes his punches. If he can take his punches i believe he will win

                      He didn't look ticked off in the video at all. Everybody knew it was bull**** a guy who fights anybody not gonna get scared of a Raggedy an doll looking dude unless the cameras attention and **** where making him nervous,but by now he should be used to it, so bs confirmed.

                                  Scared pffft... Lara basically had to come hat in hand and beg for this fight lol...

                                  Lara shouldn't buy into this machismo BS..this is Canelo trying to play head games with Lara to get him to engage in a brawl...

                                  Lara should just smartly outbox Canelo...and he'll make it look easier than Floyd did...

                                  I'm predicting Lara by one-side decision...wouldn't be shocked if he's robbed by the judges...
