Paul Spadafora would beat Danny Garcia

Paul is all wrong for Danny stylistically. This has been confirmed in the past 10 months.

Herrera who beat Danny Garcia is facing Johan Perez who took Paul Spadaforas 0 last November in a very close fight. That fight is on the Canelo - Lara undercard. Garcia and his team are too scared to face Herrera again, or even Johan Perez Interim WBA belt holder. Instead Haymon and co pit them against each other and throw Danny in against a bum like Salka.

I've no doubt Paul would be motivated and fight for his live against Danny Garcia. Paul would beat Danny I've no doubts but probably be robbed on the cards like Herrera.

Its a shame Paul is being blackballed and his Promoter is Roy Jones, and instead bums like Rod Salka and Edgar Santana are getting title shots. Guys who aint ranked even though Paul is.

I doubt it, Spadafora has a Gary Russell type inflated record (slightly better competition but more fights) and a sparring session that made him famous. The first time he stepped up he lost. Still i'd rather see that fight than Garcia-Salka.

Herrera vs. Perez should be VERY good. Perez is solid and is a sleeper/underrated.

Spadafora has never been talked about as a guy to fight Garcia. He is hardly a fighter in the spotlight. When is the last time he fought? Until I hear about Spadafora actually beating a good fighter I'll pick Garcia to win.

Sorry, I should have read your whole post. So Paul lost a fight 11 months ago. Why hasn't he had a fight since then? There is no excuse for Garcia fighting an unranked fighter in defense of his title. He has become a chicken champ. He took on Herrera last fight and Herrera was a low ranked fighter who surprised Garcia with his great fight. Matthysse is the number one contender and Garcia should be giving him a rematch instead of cherry picking unranked fighters. Garcia fighting Spatafora would be the same thing. Paul needs to fight and beat good fighters more often and earn a ranking if he wants a title shot at any champion.

Spadafora in no longer threat. His style is nothing like Herrera's. I don't think so.

Yup! By first rd knockout too. Leaves him unconscious in the middle in the ring.

You know things are bad in boxing if you talk about Spadafora being relevant today.
