Collazo was past his prime. Khan fans make it sound like he beat Tyson. Except Collazo has no power.

Khan wouldn't be able to make the kind of ugly brawl that necessitated Floyd fighting like he did vs Maidana.

Why he has 18 KO's then? Collazo would whip Algeri.

Btw does Floyd has any Power left??

Anyone who boxes against floyd, floyd will get the upperhand. And thats what I think khan will do, he will box against floyd. Floyd always has a way on making his opponents become the aggressor. Khan will chase down floyd, one counter right of floyd would make khan respect his power. I know floyd's power aint much, but khan is also chinny so that would just be enough. The problem with maidana against floyd is his style, they have a style thay doesnt respect, and no matter what happens in the ring they would go on with their style. They wont be vulnerable to feints, they would just attack and maul you. Like what ive said earlier floyd has a way of making his opponents box him, and thats where they are going to lose. Hell even gatti tried to box him. Thats what maidana did right, he didnt box with him and just continue with his style and at some parts so did hatton. The pacquiao nowadays would lose to since he'll box with floyd, the prime one wouldnt and would also create his own pace.

So if thats khans gameplan, floyd all the way, interesting fight though. I hope amir and manny gets the fight.

Khan wouldn't have to make it a brawl imo. As rangy as he is, all he needs is to keep that jab pumping, and work off that

If you think boxing Floyd is the best way to win-ok.

I know its NSB and things get kinda crazy, but Floyd is one of the best boxers to ever live. Even at this age I don't think Khan could outbox him. I could be wrong and only a fight between them proves it.

Maidana made Floyd fight like that. So unless khan could, its hard to tell if he would've beaten Floyd that night IMO.

Even without Maidana forcing Floyd into a brawl, Floyd wasn't as sharp as usual imo, even in the center of the ring. Its conceivable that Khan could get out to an early lead on an unsharp Floyd

Has Khan REALLY improved since DG?

I don't think so, Collazo was hugely disappointing, never gave Khan any sort of fight.

Khan still has the following problems, 1) The weakest chin in boxing 2) Poor judgement - gets drawn into brawling 3) still unproven at 147lbs 4) questionable stamina (his 'legendary' hand speed disappears after 4 rounds.)

He also pushes far to much and has no real inside game at all.

If Maidana and Khan fought tomorrow I would honestly fear for Khan's health.

If Khan fought FMJ then Floyd would UD him every single time.

The problem with Khan is that he is being passed by - he is still trading off his 'Signature' win over errrrrr Zab Judah or maybe Kotelnik.
