Russell Jr will be fine, not a loss he can't recover from or anything, but he doesn't need to go back to fighting TBA's though, keep pushing forward and keep stepping up

Russell Jr just need to make a few MINOR Changes like his Punching Accuracy, slow down a bit and Pick His Punches

Gary Russell has hand speed but thats about all he has thats similar to Ray Leonard. It was very apparent he isnt very fleet of foot and his combos are arm punches.

Russell is a good guy, a family man, and a SOLID fighter and will learn from the loss, just like Lom did which was noticeable in their fight. His hands though are the only real concern but hopefully they will hold up. Russell could literally be a champion in his next fight. I would take Russell in a heartbeat over the easy to hit Gradovich. He is faster and hits harder than Gradovich and better defense. I would put money on that fight.

This by far is the most ******est statement on this topic.

Loma laid out the blueprint on how to beat Garry Russell Jr ?

For one dummy, not many fighters if any are going to be able to duplicate Loma success against Russell, unless they have the skill, talent, amateur pedigree and 400 fight to hone those skills. Unless fighters like Loma and Rig are running ramped in boxing, the chances of Russell being beat like that again is slim to none.

Its really hard to put power behind that speed b/c you cant completely turn your hips to get power, but damn his hand speed is amazing, and he combos was nice... He fought a better fighter

He just ran into one os the most talented young fighters of this generation.

he'll be fine moving forward, should face some better opponents tough.
