Guys undefeated in 24 fights, with his best win coming over Khabib Allakhverdiev.

I think he can box too, but he seems to be a even lighter puncher than Chris Algieri, however probably beats him in a boxing match.

Do we say this guy causes any problems for the likes of Herrera, Matthysse, Postol and Broner?

He is ok,, nothing special, I put him in the Kermit cintron, Sergio mora level of fighters

Yeah i'm not too convinced myself by him aswell, he does hold some version of the WBA belt though I believe.
