Ouch..what happened to all the Russell loyalists around here? Don't just abandon the young dude because he took a loss, these guys are just getting started professionally.

Well, yeah...when the guys best punch is his head-butt, he's a dangerous fighter. I mean for ****s sake, he broke Garcia's nose with that atrocious head of his.

Russell has a lot of talent and ability and will learn from the loss. I would take him in a heartbeat over the face-first Gradovich. Gradovich would be target practice for Russell or Lom.

In a fight whatever happens that's what happens. Lomanchenko agreed to fight so blame him pnsies. Headbutts and dirty fighting is part of the game if someone doesn't like it chose another sport or better yet go to school. You prepare for dirty fighters in the pros.

Head butts and dirty fighting are not part of the game you moron. Maybe it is on the street corners of Tiajuana, where you took up boxing.

But if BHop does it it's OK?
Dirty fighting is part of the game, if you can't deal with it you are not going to win.
Rough housing is used to throw you off your game plan.

Welterweight vs. Featherweight, really? Salido was 147, Loma was 138. It was more like dirty Welterweight vs. dirty Light Welterweight.

This. I mean Loma lost but it had nothing to do with the fact that he was facing a tough-as-nails, battle-tested Mexican veteran of 55 pro fights, who in recent years had fought fighters like Marquez, Guerrero, Gamboa, Juanma ×2, Mikey (won half of these fights, never been stopped).

Loma can't fight going backwards, he needs to be the aggressor. Salido pushed him back the whole fight, worked on the inside and made him uncomfortable. Lomachenko was not ready for Salido, period.

It was dirty fight alright, but Lomachenko did not help in that department, by hugging the whole frigging fight either.
