Some of the clowns on this site call that a cherrypicked schedule even though all of them except Guerrerro held world championship belts at the time. Yet those same clowns would call Bradley, Brandon Rios, JMM, Bradley and JMM an all-time great schedule.

Jmm and Bradley are greater than everybody on Floyd's list. Victor Ortiz is by far worst than Rios.

Garcia is nowhere near the ATG of cherry picking Cotto who has a set routine of fighting guys with debilitating injuries as a run up for a superfight with floyd/manny/maybe canelo next.

Floyd is not a cherry picker per se. People will just (for some reason I don't completely understand) buy his fights no matter what so unlike other boxers, he gets a list of practically anyone to hand select from. He doesn't choose the hardest nor the easiest option. Usually somewhere in the middle. The real problem is his tendency to win part of the fight on the negotiation table by throwing his money around.

Pacquiao didnt even fight hatton till 2009 and was still fighting at 130lbs vs marquez and 135lbs vs diaz during 07-08.

I hope it does backfire on you. NO ONE has any clue how any of the fights on the card will play out. I dont wish nor hope for certain fights to happen, I just watch the fights in the ring. If the fight sucks afterwards, then you have a reason to complain. Happy you boycotted and missed the Stevenson fight. And when you truly think about it, Garcia has been in good/exciting fights for like 3 years straight.

People were saying Herrera was a cherry pick too even though he beat Provo. I hate the idea of Garcia fighting Salka but a lot of Garcia haters here have some other agenda. It is too easy for most here to jump on that bandwagon. Garcia has fought more top fighters like Lucas and Amir than most current champions so fighting a nobody like Salka is forgivable as long as he goes back to fighting top guys again after it.
