I don't know if he still fights but Kendall Holt had great power but never let his hands go enough.

I also think Chad Dawson and Jermain Taylor have better power than their records suggest but both lack killer instinct and activity to produce many ko wins.

I don't view Maidana as a deceiving KO puncher % wise.

Khabib Allakhverdiev has 9 KO's in 20 fights but is a better puncher than that.
