Mayweather shouldn't be a ppv star based off his style either. He broke the mold honestly. With him it's mostly persona and springboarding off of Oscar when he got his shot. Loma doesn't have those factors.

Of course. In fact, I heard that his next fight against TBA will be on HBO PPV. Why bother to wait until a fighter builds a reputation as a popular superstar to put him on PPV? He fought for a championship in his second and third pro fights. Why not put him on PPV in his fourth fight?

This Mayweather fan is saying it is about 20 fights too early to be discussing whether he will be a PPV star.

Or he could cheat on his wife and father a child with a **********. That would guarantee him PPV stardom.

It's possible down the line, but as has been said...there is going to be a lot of conditions that will have to be met to market himself to big enough groups that would allow him to be PPV. We'll just have to wait and see.

I know it's early but I have faith in my dude. He's going to become lineal then move up and beat Juanma and win a rematch over Salido. Only guy I'm worried about is Rigo moving up.

He doesn't need 20 b.s. fights if he's already at this level. In case you guys haven't noticed, he's skipping a lot of steps thanks to Arum and isn't going about his career in the typical fashion. He has a fast track and I don't think he'll blow it; he has extraordinary skills and I hope he'll deliver. So yea it's a bit soon to discuss His PPv status, it isn't far-fetched to think with a several carefully maneuvered fights he can get there quickly.

Plus, the dude is way more likable and better looking than Rigo (someone said they have the same chance). Yes, their styles are both highly technical but Arum will see to it that the public will like this kid so long as he keeps winning.

To king james, I don't know why you're comparing cheating with beating a woman. It takes little common sense to figure out which is wayyy worse
