I'm sorry... I've followed boxing as far back as Ali/Frazier/Foreman/Norton primes, and I don't recall a pair of fights so poorly matched up, unwarranted, making ZERO sense, as Garcia & Peterson. I just pulled up Ring Magazine 140 Class just to see what other options are out there, who didn't just fight. They list:

Zab Judah at 5 (hell he's a better option shot even for Peterson)
Jessie Vargas 24-0 (9 KO) 8th
Victor Postol 25-0 (10 KO) 9th
Khabib Allakhverdiev 19-1 (9 KO) 10th
No Salka or Santana... Let me check elsewhere:

AND believe it or not, the highly respected (lol) IBO ranks the TOP 100 in the Jr Welter Division (I didn't even know they had 100!) they rank Santana he was previously ranked 61st, but has dropped to 62nd ranked! Its a disgrace that DG didnt give Hererra an immediate rematch as he lost by a mile, but this is just pure comedy....in a bad way.
