Neither Showtime or HBO has the Budget to give up huge fights weekly lets be realistic...However at least one of these fighters should have been against a Top Contender especially the Mainevent! Why is Danny fighting Bums? Rematch Herrera!

You can be damn sure Showtime dont have the budget to blow millions of dollars on Lamont Peterson and Danny Garcia fighting bums.

Showtimes boxing budget will be getting cut very soon IMO its making big losses and out of control due to Haymon-Espinoza.

This is the kind of stuff that is killing boxing. Horrible match making, protecting fighters who call themselves champions by feeding them nobodies. And in case the nobody makes him look bad . The judges are paid ahead of time like in the Herrera fight.

Man I thought this nonsense would stop when Slick Rick left but not when Haymon fighters are involved I guess. Ending the Cold War is great Oscar but this crap must cease. Why not a Garcia-Mattyhsse rematch?!? First one was great for boxing and it deserves a rematch. This can only hurt Danny IMO. It does nothing for him except to perhaps restore dome confidence he lost after Herrera.
