you are very different from much of NSB. Most of NSB judges fights solely on how they look on paper and if it isn't "something they want" then they badmouth it and post they will not watch. They often miss very good fights.

Thanks, i have been trying to make that point truly all week. People complained up and down about Stevenson/Fonfora and look how it turned out. I dont wish nor hope for certain fights to happen which allows me to enjoy what happens in the ring and helps avoid disappointment when a certain fight does not happen. This is my favorite sport so I love what i see in the ring, not anything else.

Im with you but listen, the only way for Showtime to listen to us or for Espinoza to get fired is for us to do what that guy did, cancel. If you follow the other programming I can understand keeping Showtime. But if you have Showtime solely for boxing then let them hear your opinion about these **** cards.

Thats just it, how can a boxing fan complain about SHow's cards when this year they have given us cards that may not have been great on paper but turned out to be damn good fights with drama and excitement?

Arguably the 3 best fights since Dec 2013 have been Maidana v broner, Matts v Molina, and Guerrero v Kamegi all om SHow. Thurman, Porter, Loma-all went up a level-on Show.

I agree that when the fights are put on paper they don't feel great or big. But when the fights happen the majority have been compelling to watch-best example being Danny v Herrera.

I'm as annoyed as anyone is about this card being put on SCB. It should be sparring sessions on SHobox. Its just that if you take everything into consideration, the decision to cancel now seems unduly harsh because the good has outweighed the bad IMO.

I ended my SHO subscription months ago. HBO, around the end of last year, was producing fight events week after week after week. It was glorious. SHO didn't have any answer for it, except for one. I really thought their Mayweather investment would rake in truckloads of money, thus more non-PPV fights for subscribers. It didn't. It failed.

Yes, there is a difference between the Fonfaras, Herreras and Algieris of the world and Salka and Santana. It's going from B-/C+ fighters to C-/D+ fighters. It's WORSE. And for a premium cable "championship" boxing card, it's MUCH worse.

herrera and algeiris of the world were atleast good fighters, but yea at the time viewed as a step below, B level type guys.

This rod salsa guy isnt even FNF caliber, C fighter at the very best. How can a unified champ defend twice against guys not even worthy? peterson is a fraud too, shouldnt even have that paper belt. should be dannys belt by now...
