You guys are acting like Bradley couldn't upset Cotto at 154. I don't see anything wrong with this fight if they're gonna have Cotto-Canelo on May 2nd..and better yet, it's gonna blow Floyd off that weekend cause there's nobody he could fight other then the little Filipino that will outsell this h2h

Depending on the outcome of Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez's upcoming fight with Erislandy Lara on July 12, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum is very interested in staging a fight between Canelo and Miguel Cotto on Cinco De Mayo weekend (May 2) in 2015.

Cotto is slated to return in the month of December. Back on June 6th, Arum told BoxingScene.com's David Greisman that Timothy Bradley, a former champion at 140 and 147, was a frontrunner to face Cotto.

That is not a good match up for Cotto as far as style goes and especially if Bradley fights like he did against JMM.

Bradley could easily ruin his plans just like Trout did, what about James Kirkland, that would be a fun match up in the ring, you know Kirkland is going to come to fight he always does

Bradley is a tough scrappy little dude, that wouldn't be easy for Cotto at all regardless of the weight

I hope this fight happens (Not on PPV though) so that when Bradley out works and out hustles Cotto to a win everyone will stop acting as if Freddy has waved a magic wand and made Miguel into this unstoppable force.

Come on cotto, bradley? The guy is too small do another catchweight? And only 350k? All that crying he did with sergio about him introduced last and what not yo only get that ridiculous amount, thats what canelo did against angulo in only his second ppv bout and they were both coming off losses, atleast martinez is known more than lara so lets see how canelo does in a couple of weeks. Even chavez jr did better against sergio and that night canelo fought too... From now on stop acting like a diva and stop with the catchweights cause he complained before about having to do it

Bradley will give cotto hell if they fight! im a big cotto fan but Bradley style, heart, conditioning is really going to push cotto!!! Bradley has a chin, good jab, can fight off his back foot, he punches hard enough to gain cottos respect and is a volume puncher lets not forget Bradley pac 2 was even after 6 rounds before he hurt his calf!!
