I don't knew the exact amount of his taxes but the quoted amount I'm sure include penalties/surcharges.
Since Dec, 2013, Arum said that they will present receipts within three months to prove that he paid taxes to IRS which is deductible to the taxes due to BIR (Phil). It is June, 2014 now but Arum has still to present any evidence. Hate it but it appears that no taxes was paid to IRS in behalf of Pac

he actually gets paid more than Floyd...he just likes to keep it on the hush hush...
