Why are two 140 pound title holders with the same manager and the same promoter on the same card and not fighting each other?

They are going to fight at the end of the year why they aren't fighting on the 9th I'm not sure.

Been hearing all kinds of different things from danny and his team. Dan Rafael said the plan is for danny and Lamont to fight if they both win on the 9th at least that is what golden boy wants.

The thing that pisses me off is that danny was hinting that the weight was bothering him for the Herrera fight but if he fights at 140 for two more fights that contradicts that.

Idk what to say man. It was just an excuse? It didnt look to me like the weight was a problem for him. I think the problem was Herrera.

Danny is the 140 champ, and the only fights at 140 he should be involved with are

Herrera 2
Peterson unification
Lucas 2
Broner

TBA is horrible and it only makes it worse having Peterson on the undercard
