He's just got that "it". You dont need to be a talker to be charismatic. Canelo is more charismatic than most people on the list, arguably than any other. You either have it or you don't.


Paulie Malignaggi is very charismatic and a good talker as is Sergio Martinez. Lucas Matthysse has his charm about him (people like the dude, doesnt even have to speak). Likewise for GGG.

Kovalev has that bad ass thing going for him.

David Haye is, Froch, Kahn and Fury are too.

Chavez JR is also charismatic. Dude does everything wrong and we just cant help but watch.

Mayweather isnt charismatic... he's socially awkward with ZERO charisma. He's an anomally in terms of his success. I think people have just finally acknowledged his skill. Remember, nobody cared about Floyd for a LONG time.

Tyson was charismatic, Ali, Ray Leonard, chavez Sr, camacho, Oscar, etc etc.


You can talk a big game but it doesnt make you charismatic. Look at Ward and Alexander. Broner is very charismatic thats why people kind of take him lightly and thats the diff between him and Floyd. Broner is likeable, Floyd isnt (at all).
