    There is a difference!
    So, Khan didn't duck.

You're being sarcastic and you're entitled ... But that fact remains that Espinoza's statement\Tweet doesn't support what you are stating.

        Man I am serious.

You can take it as you may, but Khan didn't turn down Guerrero given he was suing their common promoter. How can you sue GBP and expect all is good.

Edit: Guerrero says Khan's team turned it down. Not sure what Robert meant by Khan's team specifically, but it includes GBP.

The Khan of a few years ago use to fight good fighters but the KO loss to Garcia seemed to take the fight out of him. I believe he turned down Guerrero and he won't be fighting Maidana, Thurman or Porter any time soon. He would rather play it safe and fight a washed up old Collazo and then tell everyone he beat a real monster in Collazo.

How can you turn down a fight that can't possibly happen?

Sorry Box Office, I quoted you by accident. I just wanted to reply to the thread starter.

I know you are ..... lol!

The problem with that whole fiasco is that Guerrero thought he could sue his Promoter and still fight under their banner. Whether Khan can be guilty of ducking in this instance is highly debatable. Now that's an unbiased opinion.

My point is that I would have liked to see them two go at it. But again, because of the lack of regulation in boxing .... we didn't and won't.

Its spilled milk at this point.

I'd be surprised if Guerrero lands a big fight. I think Khan mentioned he likes pricing himself out and considering he got paid a million to fight a nobody in Kamagai (who only got 75,000) I wonder how much he thinks a Khan or a Thurman fight's worth since he's clearly the A-side (in his own mind).

Guerrero is only relevant because of his and his daddy's loud mouth.

Guerrero can't even draw interest from his own ethnic group, which I wouldn't be surprised was a primary reason (Mexican) he was picked for Floyd. The Guerrero-Mayweather fight underperformed in the Hispanic market. This article mentions that point:

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer lashed out when BoxingScene.com questioned him about the circulating industry rumors that last Saturday's Showtime pay-per-view, featuring Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Robert Guerrero in the main event, was a financial disaster. The event, which took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, was Mayweather's first bout of an exclusive six-fight deal that was finalized with Showtime earlier this year. He won a rather lopsided twelve round unanimous decision over Guerrero. As early as Tuesday, industyr rumors began to circulate that Mayweather-Guerrero had bombed on pay-per-view - generating less than a million buys - and Showtime was going to lose millions of dollars in the process.
